Anaya Sirothia joined Medium Healthcare Consulting as an intern, leveraging her strong academic background in Medical Biosciences from Imperial College London. During her internship, Anaya showcased her versatility and dedication by engaging in a wide range of projects.

Notably, Anaya played a crucial role in a public health project for a firm in the Middle East, where her contributions were essential in understanding regional health challenges and developing effective solutions. Additionally, she participated in a business development exercise for MedTech companies across Europe.

Anaya’s summer internship at Medium Healthcare Consulting was a comprehensive experience that encompassed exploring hospitals and healthcare consulting. Her responsibilities included conducting market research and analysis, industry profiling, creating knowledge books, and collaborating with internal project teams. Adarsh Singh, Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu

Adarsh joined Medium Healthcare Consulting as an intern, leveraging his extensive experience in consulting and analytics while pursuing his MBA at the Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu. At Medium, Adarsh led critical research initiatives for the Ministry of Health in a Gulf country, where he meticulously analysed over 35 research papers and 55 articles to inform Rapid Response Programs. His expertise in assessing impact parameters such as mortality, morbidity, and program adoption, both pre- and post-implementation, highlighted his strategic acumen. Adarsh’s work also involved identifying frameworks for benchmarking Rapid Response Teams (RRT) and developing implementation strategies tailored to the socio-economic and cultural context of the Gulf region. Furthermore, he demonstrated his proficiency in drafting and presenting consulting proposals

through his work with a Singaporean health tech company, where he spearheaded a feasibility study for market entry into India.
