Adarsh Singh, Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu
Adarsh joined Medium Healthcare Consulting as an intern, leveraging his extensive experience in consulting and analytics while pursuing his MBA at the Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu. At Medium, Adarsh led critical research initiatives for the Ministry of Health in a Gulf country, where he meticulously analysed over 35 research papers and 55 articles to inform Rapid Response Programs. His expertise in assessing impact parameters such as mortality, morbidity, and program adoption, both pre- and post-implementation, highlighted his strategic acumen. Adarsh’s work also involved identifying frameworks for benchmarking Rapid Response Teams (RRT) and developing implementation strategies tailored to the socio-economic and cultural context of the Gulf region. Furthermore, he demonstrated his proficiency in drafting and presenting consulting proposals
through his work with a Singaporean health tech company, where he spearheaded a feasibility study for market entry into India.
